As a director of Rolls-Royce and Pusan National University Technology Center in Thermal Management, based in Busan, South Korea, I’d like to invite challenging students to the newly opened graduate program in our University. The Interdisciplinary program in Power and Thermal Management System Engineering in Rolls-Royce University Technology Center in Pusan National University is inviting applications for twoPh.D and five master’s positions for the Fall semester 2014.
The Rolls-Royce university technology center in Pusan National University has launched an interdisciplinary graduate program in power and thermal management system engineering.
Currently, there are four research fields open for recruit:
1.Multi physics analysis – consists of CFD, structural analysis, and life analysis
2.Heat Transfer Enhancement – includes heat transfer and thermal engineering
3.Performance Evaluation – focuses on experimental fluid flow and heat transfer, and experimental mechanical integrity and vibration
4.Manufacturing Technology – covers structural mechanics, material engineering and precision manufacturing and fabrication
Applicants for Master’s program must hold Bachelor’s degree or must be expecting bachelor’s degree before entering the program, and likewise, applicants for Ph.D. program must hold master’s degree or must be expecting master’s degree before entering the program.
In order to apply, candidates should apply following Pusan National University’s application schedule for the international graduate student, which can be found in http://go.pusan.ac.kr. The first online application will start from 14 April to 25 April, 2014.
