工学博士、厦门大学物理与机电工程学院航空系副教授。主要从事微纳米制造技术及装备、MEMS/NEMS、锂电池隔膜以及航空复合材料制造技术等领域的研究。迄今为止主持国家自然科学基金、深圳科技研发资金项目、福建省自然科学基金和厦门大学创新项目各1项,参与了863计划、国家自然科学基金、厦门市科技计划和中航工业研究所合作项目等,已在Journal of Nanoscience and Nanotechnolgoy、Materials Letters和Journal of Physics等国内外刊物上发表论文30篇多篇,其中被SCI、EI收录17篇;申请发明专利20余项,已获授权10项。
